الرئيسية Departments Economic Development Housing New Neighborhoods Mountain View Affordable Housing Community MOUNTAIN VIEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITY The Mountain View Affordable Housing Community is a 71-unit apartment complex located at 24551 Raymond Way, near the northeast corner of El Toro Road and Raymond Way. The project will provide housing for low-income households. It is being developed, by National Core Renaissance, an affordable housing developer. Groundbreaking began on March 15. Project Plans The following plans were approved by the City Council on August 18, 2020 Approved Plans SDP 12-19-5327 Approved Plans TPM 2020-138 Development Agreement In lieu of a traditional Development Agreement, the City Council approved the following Affordable Housing and Loan Agreement with the project developer on August 18, 2020: Affordable Housing Agreement - National Community Renaissance of California Environmental The City Council adopted the following mitigated negative declaration for this project on August 18, 2020: Mountain View Affordable Housing Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (with Appendices) Entitlement Status The Mountain View Affordable Housing Community was approved by the City Council on August 18, 2020. The project included a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Affordable Housing Agreement, Tentative Parcel Map, Site Development Permit, and Minor Planned Sign Program. If there are any excessive dust issues at the site, please contact the Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) at 1-(800) 288-7664. The developer, National Core Renaissance, is currently accepting pre-applications online, in-person, and by mail.
