الرئيسية Departments Community Services Programs Posthumous Recognition Program POSTHUMOUS RECOGNITION PROGRAM The Posthumous Recognition Program honors deceased community members who have made an extraordinary impact on the City of Lake Forest through civil service and volunteering. The program recognizes honorees with a memorial bench with engraved bronze placard. Eligibility for the program is as follows: Served a minimum of 15 Years on a City of Lake Forest volunteer group, including: Commissions Community Services Commission Planning Commission Traffic and Parking Commission Other Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Parade Committee Senior Advisory Board Sheriff’s Team of Active Retire Seniors (STARS) Volunteers in the Park Served on the board of at least one additional organization based in or serving the Lake Forest Community (e.g., non-profit organization, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) for a minimum of 5 Years. Lived in the City of Lake Forest for a minimum of 15 Years. Community member, as defined here, may not include current or former City employees or City Council Members.
