there is a 3ft piece of rope tied around a large tree branch, and it looks very suspicious and dangerous.

this drain cover is broken and half and directly across the sidewalk from the play structures at rimgate Park in Lake Forest. My 2-year-old son walked right over to it. It's very easy to lift up and any toddler could easily fall in. It's at least 3 to 5 ft deep. It should be closed off until it could be repaired. this is terrifying!
