IMPORTANT NOTICE:
REVISED MASTER FEE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE MONDAY, JULY 8, 2024
On May 7, 2024, the City Council approved a comprehensive update to the City's Master Fee Schedule. All fees are reviewed to ensure that the fees charged do not exceed the estimated costs required to produce the services. The updated fees more accurately represent the current trends in permit and planning applications and the associated staffing costs necessary to sustain essential city services.
Throughout the fee update process, Community Development’s goal has been to take a balanced approach that meets the needs of the City’s residents while more accurately reflecting current development trends. By adjusting the City’s fees to reflect our costs, the revised fee schedule has achieved a 100% cost recovery rate.
Planning, Engineering, Building and Safety, and Community Preservation Fees are effective as of Monday, July 8, 2024.
City applications dated on or after Monday, July 8, 2024, will be subject to the new fees.
For more information, please see below or contact Community Development at 949.461.3460.
