The vegetation in various locations on the south side of Ridge Route Dr from the tunnel to Toledo way is overgrown and unsightly. In some areas, grass, weeds and overhanging branches partially block the sidewalk. Who is responsible for the maintenance in these areas? If it is the City, can you have a crew clean it up? If it is an HOA, can you contact them? Thanks!
