Unpermitted food vendor at Rockfield and Orchard Lane. Another at El Toro and Rockfield

freeway construction. middle of the night pounding. I want the freeway construction done but the loud pounding in the middle of the night is too much. we had to close all windows and put on a sound machine to try to drown it out. 12am-3:30am was so loud. we couldn’t handle it anymore and at 3:30am closed windows. don’t they have guidelines and time restrictions for the loud noise?
