Businesses and organizations are allowed to have promotional events lasting up to ten consecutive days with the approval of a Temporary Outdoor Promotional Permit (TOPP). Examples of a temporary outdoor promotion can include: parking lot sales, outdoor merchandise displays, live entertainment, fundraisers, food and beverage sales, or any other event involving an assembly of people.
