The Performing Arts Center is closed to the public through May 2020, based on guidelines from the California Department of Public Health. The City of Lake Forest is committed to keeping program participants safe. For updates, contact (949) 461-3536 regarding the closure of City facilities.

During the Center closure, we will not be accepting or processing any applications for rental dates at the moment. If you would like to have your date considered for future dates please call Senior Recreation Supervisor, Monique Villasenor, at (949) 461-3438 to be put on an interest list. Once the center reopens we will begin calling all interested parties to secure rental dates.

The City has constructed the Lake Forest Civic Center which includes a City Council Chamber that will double as a Performing Arts Center. When the City is not hosting official meetings of the City Council and Commissions, the Performing Arts Center will be available for rent for plays, musicals, pageants, spelling bees, awards ceremonies, graduations, and similar events requiring theater space.
The following regulations and table provides information and anticipated size of each rentable space to help you plan your event at the Lake Forest Civic Center! The City anticipates to begin taking reservations beginning in January 2020 for dates starting in February.
