2-1-1 Orange County is a nonprofit organization that provides information and a referral system linking Orange County residents to community health and human services and support. The helpline is provided by the California Public Utilities Commission. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the 3,000,000 residents of Orange County. Callers seeking assistance dial 2-1-1 (toll-free) and are connected with certified, multilingual Information and Referral Specialists who utilize a robust database to provide information on services such as:
