Due to COVID-19, The City of Lake Forest suspended programming and closed the following facilities to the public until further notice:

  • The Clubhouse Senior Center
  • Community Center
  • Lake Forest Sports Park Recreation Center
  • Performing Arts Center

The closures are in line with the Executive Order signed by Governor Gavin Newsom signed on March 19. The order is intended to slow the spread of coronavirus. The Executive Order may be found here: https://covid19.ca.gov/img/Executive-Order-N-33-20.pdf.  

The Clubhouse for Seniors

A place where you meet new friends and create lasting memories.

The City’s Clubhouse is a free program offering a variety of activities and is a great place to meet new friends.  Highlights of programs, activities, and services include our transportation program, card playing, board games, monthly game tournaments, wellness lectures, exercise classes, computer classes, craft classes, a book club, monthly activities calendar, movies, and much more.  Please note that some classes and activities may be suspended due to COVID-19.  Refer to The Clubhouse Calendar for program and activity information.

The Clubhouse Calendar, a newsletter containing quarterly calendars of events, is a great way to view the activities offered each month.
