Risk Management and Claims

Risk Management is the frequent forecast, control and mitigation of the City’s risk through the administration of comprehensive prevention-oriented safety and liability/loss control programs. It also involves high quality service to employees through a variety of health, safety, and education programs. These programs greatly enhance the safety of the working environment while protecting the City’s assets, employees and residents.

Should you experience an event resulting in injuries or damages to personal property for which you feel the City may be responsible, you may file a Claim for Damages with the City Clerk.
